James Hideo Nakamura, 69, of Kahului, died on Feb. 13, 2014 at his home under the care of Hospice Maui.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Sat., Feb. 22, 2014 at Maui Korean Full Gospel Church, 390 Kanaloa Avenue, Kahului; with services at 11:00 am.
Nakamura Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
Mr. Nakamura was born on March 14, 1944 in Kahului.
He was a government liaison & expeditor for Stanford Carr Development.
He is survived by his wife, Jung Sook Nakamura; sons, Jay Nakamura, Jed Nakamura; father, Arthur Hideo Nakamura; sister, Carol Nakamura; nephew, Stanford (Kathy) Carr; 1 granddaughter; 2 grandnephews; and 1 grandniece.
